Good Human Club was born from a decade of personal challenge, growth, and a renewed commitment to making the world a better place.
My name is Chris, and after turning 40, I found myself reflecting deeply on the last ten years — a period marked by brain surgery, ongoing seizures, overwhelming anxiety, and a gradual shift from being an outgoing, confident person to feeling increasingly closed off from the world.
But with better health and a young son, Arthur, who inspires me every day, I realised something important:
I want to rebuild my life in a way that lifts not only me, but everyone around me.
